We’ve added 2 new agility ladders to our line-up custom made for Twist Conditioning! Each ladder is divided into 2 -15 foot sections, which are easily attached together for extended footwork patterns or L shaped drills. They lay down and pick up in seconds, and both come with their own convenient drawstring carry bag. The solid rung ladder uses sturdy plastic cylindrical rungs that form squares 20” wide and 18” long. Our unique flat rung ladder, uses cloth covered weighted slats that stay
flat and won’t move during even the toughest quick feet drills! Squares measure 18” x 16”.
