Micro Hurdles also protect against the high risk impact of traditional plyometrics while still harnessing the physiological power of the plyometric action. Lateral cross overs, single leg, double leg transfering from left to right, and many more variations can be combined with lateral jumps, forwards, stop and starts, and back pedalling. 6” Hurdle Risers clip on easily and pivot out of the way when not in use.
